
grilled cheese with two of your five a day
This has become a much-requested lunch in our house. It combines healthy, child friendly food with very parent-friendly quick prep so I wanted to share. My boys (and I) would happily eat melted cheese every day but I’m worried they would get rickets if I didn’t get them to have some veggies along with it. In England we often have apple with cheese so that was my starting point.
